Dubai Off-Plan Properties
Off-plan means buying before the building is complete, usually on a staged payment plan. It is the largest part of Dubai's new-home market — and the part where choosing the right developer matters most.
How off-plan works
You reserve a unit, sign the sale and purchase agreement and pay in instalments linked to time or construction milestones, with a balance on handover. Payments go into the project's escrow account and the sale is registered with the Dubai Land Department (Oqood).
What to compare
- The developer's delivery record on previous projects
- Payment plan — how much is due before and after handover
- Escrow account and registration details in the agreement
- Handover date and what happens if it slips
- Service charges once complete
- Depth of the resale and rental market in that community
Availability, pricing and launch status in Dubai change frequently. We do not publish prices, rental yields or completion dates unless they are confirmed and current. Bhola Estates advises Indian buyers on Dubai purchases; we do not claim to be an official partner of the developers listed unless stated.
