Homeland Group, led by CEO Umang Jindal, is best known for CP67 in Sector 67 — a mixed-use destination of retail, dining, entertainment and offices — and for its residential towers in Mohali. Its next projects are Homeland Global Park in Sector 75, Mohali, announced in 2025 as a multi-use precinct, and a residential project on an 11-acre parcel in Mullanpur, New Chandigarh, announced in February 2026.
